Job Title: Accounts & Payroll Assistant / Executive Monthly Salary: $2,100 to $2,800 Salary will be offered based on experience, qualifications and suitability for the role. Working Hours Monday to Friday 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays off Job Responsibilities Process monthly payroll and salary calculations accurately Check attendance, overtime, allowances, incentives, unpaid leave and deductions Prepare and issue itemised payslips Submit CPF contributions accurately and on time Assist with employee tax matters, including IR8A and IR21 where applicable Maintain proper payroll records and employee salary documents Prepare payroll reports for management Assist with basic accounting and administrative duties Follow up on payroll discrepancies and ensure timely resolution Perform other related duties as assigned
