About the role

Warehouse Supervisor Supervise & lead a team of warehouse operators on warehouse operations. Guide junior staff to familiarise in achieving warehouse target. Liaise with Customer Service on shipment schedules and service providers to ensure timely delivery. Ensure KPI are met for all incoming/outgoing activities. Planning of manpower and conduct cycle counts and housekeeping of inventory. Assist operational issues and resolve conflicts among team members.
