Description of Work This position works in the Main Kitchen alongside other Cook's, Food Service Assistants, and/or departmental supervisors to prepare a variety of foods and modified foods with various cooking methods and equipment which includes steaming, baking, boiling, frying, broiling, grilling, an Institutional Robot Coupe, and meat grinder to meet the production schedule. Position will maintain food/supply inventory daily. Position will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing workstation and equipment used.
