Professional degree in mechanical, mechatronic, electrical engineering, or related branches . A minimum of five years of experience in the maintenance area, preferably in the national chemical industry and port operations . Solid knowledge in industrial maintenance, including pumps, boilers, compressors, piping, and tanks, alongside familiarity with API 650 and 653 standards . Good command of the English language (Speaking, reading, and writing) What does your day look like? As a Maintenance Planner, you report to the Maintenance & Project Coordinator . Your daily activities revolve around ensuring the efficiency, regulatory compliance, reliability of assets, and execution of maintenance strategies . You interact with all areas of the company internally, and externally with clients, industry professionals, port authorities, associations, legal advisors, auditing firms, and suppliers . Your Core Responsibilities Are Control, organize, and update the asset inventory list and asset history files for Vopak Colombia Terminals . Upload and meticulously maintain all preventive and corrective maintenance data within the CMMS (INFOR - ME2) . Generate and print work orders (OT), inspection logs, and equipment clearance formats . Plan, schedule, and delegate corrective work orders to the Maintenance Supervisor while managing contractor-supported jobs . Prevent future failures by triggering work orders directly from routine and non-routine asset inspections . Track and control the OPEX maintenance budget, delivering monthly reports to the Maintenance Coordinator and Terminal Manager . Process purchase requisitions for materials, tools, and accessories . Keep maintenance procedures, baseline master plans, and regulatory requirement tables continuously updated according to governmental decrees . Rigorously maintain and update the Safety Critical Equipment list to guarantee absolute functional safety compliance . Manage, control, and follow up on Management of Change (MoC) requests required for project execution . Perform preventative safety observations, promote them within the maintenance team, and follow up on their implementation . Report workplace accidents or incidents using corporate software tools. Participate in incident investigations, implement corrective actions, and strictly enforce Vopak Fundamentals, minimum standards, and corporate regulations .
