As VP GTM, you will define and execute our go-to-market strategy, drive new business, orchestrate multi-channel pipeline generation, and set the commercial operating cadence for the firm. This is a senior commercial leadership role for a builder and hunter, someone who can own Visium's revenue engine end-to-end. You will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership, and will have the opportunity to shape how Visium scales over the next phase of growth. Proven track record of winning and growing enterprise accounts in a services, consultancy, or technology environment. Strong commercial hunter instinct - comfortable with cold outreach, long sales cycles, and complex buying committees Technical foundation: MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent - ability to hold technical conversations with credibility Experience designing and executing multi-channel GTM motions (not just inbound or relationship-led) Structured approach to pipeline management and sales operations - you run a tight operating cadence Consultative selling skills: you diagnose before prescribing and build genuine business cases Excellent English communication - written, verbal, and in the room Strong Plus: Domain expertise in Life Sciences (pharma, biotech, medtech) - existing relationships a significant advantage Experience selling AI, data, or advanced analytics services into enterprise buyers Exposure to managing or mentoring BDDs / junior commercial talent Multilingual (German, French, or other European languages) A competitive compensation package A yearly education budget to steep your learning curve A yearly sport budget because a fit body leads to a fit mind A flexible working culture because your work-life balance matters to us A position that enables you to have an impact on 1'000s of people, and the whole company's growth.
