Master's degree in Counseling or Behavioral Sciences is required.
Two (2) years of experience with the SPMI and/or Additive Disease population, preferably in a full-time status, is required.
Active Georgia LCSW or LPC license is required.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association is required.
Weekend Requirements:
One (1) weekend shift per 4- week schedule.
(Friday 7pm - Monday 7am)
Holiday Requirements:
Must work two (2) holidays per year:
One major (Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's)
One minor (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day or Martin Luther King Day)

Job Summary
Behavioral Health Crisis Intervention Services (Inpatient)
A Senior Licensed Mental Health (MH) Clinician provides services to people who experience serious mental illness. This includes assessment, recovery focused treatment planning, group and individual training, group and individual counseling, and providing crisis intervention as needed. May provide service coordination and/or linkage to Community Services that meet the needs of the individual patient/consumer and engage in crisis prevention and management as necessary. A Licensed MH Clinician may work in the hospital, outpatient clinic, or community settings, including support provided in the home, at work/school, or in shelters.
