Job Description Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hiring across EMEA and additional global regions. In this role, you will lead full lifecycle recruitment across a broad range of roles, from early career talent through to senior leadership, partnering closely with business leaders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes aligned with organizational priorities. You will be responsible for developing and executing proactive, data-driven recruitment strategies to attract top talent in line with defined success profiles for core client groups. Managing a complex and diverse requisition portfolio at both country and global levels, you will ensure efficient, high-impact delivery across multiple geographies and business functions. As a trusted advisor and senior member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in influencing hiring decisions, shaping workforce planning, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of the recruitment function. You will actively support and promote Rocket Software's mission, vision, core values, and EVP. Embedding these across the hiring process and candidate experience while maintaining a strong focus on service excellence and stakeholder engagement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Act as the primary recruiter for assigned client groups in a global capacity, with a strong focus on EMEA and support for other regions as needed Manage full lifecycle recruitment across all levels, including early talent, experienced professionals, and leadership roles Partner with global and regional stakeholders to deliver aligned, effective hiring strategies Serve as a key point of contact for hiring managers, providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment process Lead and contribute to strategic talent acquisition initiatives that enhance capability and performance Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to create strong, diverse, and globally representative talent pipelines Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring plans Screen, assess, and present high-quality candidates with clear recommendations Oversee offer processes, including compensation discussions and negotiations across regional markets Use data and insights to track performance, inform decisions, and provide reporting to stakeholders Partner with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and organizational design Ensure accurate and compliant tracking of all recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system Navigate complex hiring challenges with sound judgment and a solutions-oriented approach Escalate critical issues as needed and support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant regional employment regulations Required Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience across both agency and in-house environments Proven experience delivering global recruitment across all levels, with a strong focus on EMEA and exposure to additional international regions Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive hiring decisions and workforce strategies Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and deliver results in fast-paced, distributed organizations Experience designing and implementing talent acquisition programs or initiatives Solid understanding of regional hiring practices and market dynamics, particularly across EMEA Proficiency in leveraging recruitment tools, systems, and technology to improve processes Education: Bachelor's in Human Resource, Business, or related field desirable Travel Requirements: Information Security: Information security is everyone's responsibility.
