Handle all negotiation rounds of Tender for All Customer Segmentations requests received online.
Drives analytical projects to support our tender management process and improve quality deliverables.
Produces Tender Strategy analysis to facilitate coordination between TCM, Sales, Trade and Marketing.
Supports collection of nominations and maintains nomination database and contracts
Supports the strategy team on commitment compliance reporting and
governance.
Prepares Negotiation Package for customers.
Supports in measuring customer performance, Salesforce.com updates and reporting
Supports projects and ad hoc initiatives within TCM.
Who we are looking for
Master's or bachelor's degree from recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Tender, Sales and Performance Management
The position requires excellent English in written and verbal communication skills.
Good presentation and excellent Microsoft excel skills.
Ability to work under pressure - with high sense of urgency
Detail oriented - ability to perform processes as per pre-defined design
With strong Customer Service Mindset
Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges
Multi-tasking ability and should be able grasp quickly.
Basic knowledge on shipping, quotes / tenders is an advantage.
Must have a critical analytical skills / foresee challenges.
Open to work in perpetual night shifts

Ocean contract Management Sr specialist
This position will support the Area Sales team and center trade and marketing teams to manage and grow assigned accounts in line with organizational strategy, goals, policies and processes.
This position will be responsible for managing Tenders customers globally. This will include Quoting, tendering, contract maintenance, coordinating on disputes, IQ.
Will act as a single point of contact for all sales account owners / customer service teams and own the account from GSC.
