The Gaming Marketing & Events Manager is a critical, highly visible role that serves as a linchpin between BetMGM's digital gaming organization and MGM Resorts International's land‑based casino portfolio. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless alignment between online and retail gaming experiences by positioning and promoting BetMGM (MI) /Borgata Online (NJ) brands effectively across MGM properties with a focus on MGM Grand Detroit & Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa.
Responsibilities
Partner with MGM Property Special Events and Marketing teams to support balanced brand placements, on-property activations, and promotional visibility aligned with internal campaign calendars.
Serve as a day-to-day liaison between property teams (event operations and digital/physical signage) for BetMGM (MI) /Borgata Online (NJ) to coordinate logistics, staffing, promotional materials, and compliance requirements.
Oversee and provide day-to-day direction to the BetMGM (MI) /Borgata Online (NJ) gaming events/marketing team, guiding planning timelines, task prioritization, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to ensure successful delivery of all casino-related events and on-site activations.
Leverage the MGM Property Special Events calendar to see where omni-channel opportunities are possible to stand up.
