As a Certified Scrub Tech you will: - Assist the Surgical Team in providing a safe, appropriate, and culturally aware patient care - Help surgeons during surgery by passing them instruments and other sterile supplies - Prepare the Operation Room with all the necessary supplies - Properly sterilize required instruments and supplies - Serve as surgical assistant as needed - Assist in order and restocking Operating Room supplies and instruments Qualifications include: - High school or GED required - Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program and certified - 1 year hospital Operating Room experience preferred - Certified Surgical Technologist (CST). - Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Work Schedule: Employment Type: Full-time Hours per Week: 40 hrs/week Typical Daily Schedule: 4 x 10s 07:00 to 17:30 Monday through Friday Shift Type: Day Weekend Requirements: Required on call Holiday Requirements: Required/On-call/Follow company holiday calendar On-Call: Yes Shift Differential Eligible: Yes/No Pay Range: $29.08 - $42.17 If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
