Requirements
Five or more years of administrative experience supporting senior-level managers, executives, or executive teams, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills , paired with strong personal credibility and professionalism when interacting across all levels of the organization.
High degree of organizational skill and attention to detail , enabling accurate, timely, and reliable execution while managing multiple workstreams.
Flexibility and strong collaboration skills , along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, or databases.

As an Administrative Assistant IV within the Employee Experience (EE) division , you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, enabling the success of the VP- Human Capital and the VP- Total Rewards and HR Services through exceptional administrative and operational support. In this critical role, you are a key element that helps keep two busy departments running effectively. Working directly with two Vice Presidents, you will be the glue that keeps the work moving.
