We are hiring a strong>Portfolio Manager /strong> to lead ETF portfolio oversight and crypto trading across our product suite. This person needs to have expert level of understanding in the Crypto trading universe. /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>Responsibilities /strong>: /p> ul> li>Manage daily Crypto portfolios /li> li>Expert level Microsoft Excel skills /li> li>Execute rebalances, index tracking, cash management, and trade execution /li> li>Work directly with APs, market makers, and liquidity providers /li> li>Monitor crypto markets, ETF flows, macro trends, and volatility /li> li>Develop and enhance trading strategies and execution processes /li> li>Oversee risk metrics, position limits, and compliance requirements /li> li>Coordinate with operations on NAV and custodial workflows /li> li>Support new ETF launches and ongoing product enhancements /li> li>Provide portfolio insights for investor communication and internal reporting /li> /ul> p> br> /p> p> strong>Qualifications /strong> /p> ul> li>10 years of Crypto trading /li> li>Must be highly proficient in Excel /li> li>Understanding of cold storage and hot wallet /li> li>Understanding of decentralized exchanges /li> li>Strong understanding of ETF mechanics and market structure /li> li>Experience trading or managing crypto exposures or derivatives /li> li>High-level analytical skills; Advanced Excel required /li> li>Strong understanding of risk and compliance frameworks /li> li>Ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment /li> /ul> p> br> /p> p> strong>Why join us? /strong> /p> ul> li>Competitive compensation + performance incentives /li> li>High-impact role with direct access to senior leadership /li> li>Opportunity to shape one of the most innovative ETF and crypto platforms /li> li>Full benefits package /li> /ul>
