Responsibilities
- Private Label Design Process Ownership
- Own the end-to-end private label sublimation design process from submission through execution and approval
- Define, document, maintain, and continuously improve workflows for design intake, production, review, and approval
- Document and train on the design process to ensure coverage and backfill during peak bandwidth periods
- Clearly communicate design processes, timelines, and expectations with Sales and Merchandising teams
- Fan Wear, Lookbooks & Merchandising Design
- Own Fan Wear design, including rotational design templates and club-specific design campaigns
- Own the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of branded merchandising lookbooks (Excel proficiency required).
- Create, update, and maintain branded merchandising lookbooks
- Design Execution & Inaria brand Support
- Execute logo redraws and deliver production-ready artwork within the Art Management System
- Assist in the development of Inaria-branded sublimated products
- Produce Inaria-branded club product presentations
- Produce merchandising and design presentations as needed
- Track all designs in the queue and proactively communicate status, timelines, risks, and delays
- Partner with Sales Managers and Club partners on design scoping calls to clarify requirements and align expectations early
- WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design , Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or rel ated field .
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience .
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills .
- Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours .
- Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
- Experience in apparel, sublimated product design, or merchandising environments strongly preferred
- Industry Specific Software/Knowledge :
- Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop , and InDesign .
- Adobe Creative Suite and Excel proficiency
- Experience owning end-to-end design, merchandising, or product workflows
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Hands-on experience producing production-ready artwork and managing design execution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a process-driven mindset
