As part of our UK Logistics team, you will help manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers. You will input orders into Microsoft NAV, arrange transport with trusted hauliers, and keep customers informed throughout the process. You will also learn how to book shipments from the EU to the UK and handle basic post-Brexit customs requirements.
Responsibilities
Process customer orders received via email
Accurately enter order information into Microsoft NAV (training provided)
Check product availability with production sites
Liaise with hauliers to ensure deliveries remain on schedule
Keep customers updated on delivery timings and respond to queries
Raise purchase orders and customer invoices
Process supplier invoices
Ensure products are delivered correctly and on time
Support the Logistics Manager with small projects as required
Requirements
Experience in logistics is not required; we are focused on finding the right attitude and approach.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Calm, practical, and solutions-focused under pressure
Confident and friendly communication skills, both written and verbal
A team player who also works well independently
Quick learner who adapts easily to new systems and information
Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working to deadlines

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
One home-working day per week available after training
