This position as a junior Area HR manager is responsible for managing the HR responsibilities for multiple hotel properties in the Dulles region, under the direction of the Area Human Resources Director. The ideal candidate will possess an unmatched dedication to making a difference for our team members. The Area Human Resource Manager is responsible to ensure that sound and consistent personnel practices are applied for all employees through compliance with all company human resource policies, and state, local and Federal legislation. This position requires active and vigorous leadership in all interactions with team members, guests and the community.
