Responsible for preparation, operation, and maintenance of assigned shipping materials and equipment
Responsible for receiving all incoming shipments, verifying their contents, and ensuring that they match the packing list and purchase order.
Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. This includes tracking numbers, invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
Maintains accurate inventory records, including stock levels, locations, and expiration dates.
Ensure that material is packaged and shipped as indicated on MTM Traveler or Customer Instructions
Responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the country, including preparing necessary customs documents and complying with international regulations.
Requirements
High School diploma / GED
Previous Shipping / Receiving Experience
Microsoft Office Experience
Able to stand, lift, bend, and reach with both arms and hands for up to 10hours a day
Experience in creating Fed Ex and UPS systems for shipments
1-2 years' experience in logistics
Experience in manufacturing environment
Forklift Experience
Inventory and cycle counting experience
