Plans and manages multiple Career Development Framework (CDF) projects in collaboration with the Compensation team, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), Business leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Creates, applies, and continuously improves a systematic process to identify , sustain, and evolve essential skills , competencies, and expected levels of profici ency by job family and career level.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders in HR to translate skills data, aligned to the CDF and workforce planning insights, into actionable guidance and resources for employees.
Collaborates with Human Resources (HR) and Internal Communications to create and execute communications and change readiness plans to build awareness, engagement, and adoption of career management tools and resources at all levels of the organization.
Provides Information Technology (IT), HR, and Employee Master Data team with information, data, and updates relevant to the CDF that are digitized and referenced in HR systems (Workday) , career management applications ( Career Hub) , and processes.
Partner with internal stakeholders to utilize the CDF to promote the 'Driving Your Career' theme in development planning and to enhance the effectiveness of career conversations in collaboration with people leaders.
Support the integration of the CDF into other Talent Management practices and processes to enable a holistic approach to career management , employee development , and talent planning.
Builds and maintains collaborative and productive working relationships throughout the HR community, Internal Communications, business leaders, and subject matter experts who share responsibility for career management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required . Majors in Human Resources, Applied Training/Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field is preferred.
Four (4) years of relevant work experience required . Human Resources or Learning & Development is preferred.
Career Development/Organizational Development experience is a plus.
Strong sense of accountability, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
Authentic communicator; exhibits business acumen and demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience planning and organizing multiple projects prioritizing organizational needs to collaborate effectively.
Ability to partner effectively with key internal stakeholders to influence and facilitate change maintaining commitment to coaching and developing others.
