The AIDS Program Manager I will be located within the AIDS Institute's Office of Medicaid Policy and Health Care Financing. Responsibilities include overseeing Medicaid programs related to the care of people living with HIV and other populations served by the AIDS Institute. Duties will include policy formulation; program planning, design, and implementation; overseeing program evaluation; overseeing the provision of technical assistance to providers, AIDS Institute and Department of Health staff, advisory bodies, and other parties; serving on internal and external interagency committees and workgroups to provide expertise and perspective on HIV-related issues and ensuring Ending the Epidemic goals; supervising staff; and representing the AIDS Institute.
