Responsibilities

  • Manage all the administrative and logistical matters related to the smooth offering and execution of training programs (both online and offline) offered by the team.
  • Responsible for trainer management, partner management, course ware, assessment, feedback and other required duties/documentation.

  • Strong people management skills and team player.
  • Able to work collaboratively with others.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and on some weekends.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and de-escalate tensions.
