o Drive disciplined demand planning, intake, and prioritisation in partnership with business and HR leaders.
o Ensure consistent use of global processes, tools, and governance frameworks across all hiring activity.
People leadership & Capability building
o Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4-6 specialist recruiters, building strong delivery capability and future-ready skills.
o Set clear performance expectations aligned to global TA metrics and outcomes.
o Build capability across sourcing, stakeholder advisory, market intelligence, and technology adoption.
o Create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration across regions.
Stakeholder partnership & experience
o Act as a trusted advisor to senior hiring managers, providing insights on talent markets, hiring feasibility, and trade-offs.

o Serve as the primary escalation point for complex, high-impact, or sensitive hiring situations.

Collaboration & Governance
o Work closely with India and global TA leaders to ensure alignment, consistency, and knowledge sharing.
o Contribute to global TA initiatives such as campus hiring, DEI hiring, employer branding, and workforce planning.
o Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Workday and seamless handoffs from recruiting to onboarding.
o Support audits, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement reviews.
Requirements
o 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with hands on experience in strengthening delivery.
o Proven track record of leading recruiting teams and delivering results at scale.
o Deep understanding of recruiting operating models, delivery metrics, and governance.
o Experience leveraging technology and AI to improve recruiting outcomes.
o Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
o Ability to balance strategic intent with hands-on execution.
o High level of judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
