Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a high-growth setting; strong preference for experience working in production-based or startup companies
- Experience with dealing with overseas counter parties of HR functions, as well as cross-cultural experience in the multinational companies to execute HR tasks
- Demonstrated experience working with a variety of employee groups and functions (operations, corporate, marketing or finance teams)
- Experience with policy implementation, and employee relations, as well as knowledge of staffing and compensation strategies, practices and processes

The HR Manager is an important member of PSA Germany for executing HR operations, projects and initiatives with the US HR team across the company. This role will have the responsibility of execution of the HR initiatives at PSA with the HR Director. The HR Manager will be expected to have a good perspective of the business, execute talent acquisition, review compensation, run payroll, headcount reporting, and various people-focused metrics, implement benefits, manage employee relations, support people development and performance management processes across the organization. Leveraging influencing skills, this role will support talent processes for the Business working with the HR Director.
