Agentic Framework Architecture: Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI orchestration, currently leveraging LangGraph while maintaining the flexibility to pivot as the pathway evolves.
Cross-Functional Technical Bridge: Marry production-grade Fullstack development with AI logic, setting the standard for how the organization builds non-deterministic software at scale.
Team Upleveling & Mentorship: Act as a technical multiplier, conducting formal design reviews, mentoring senior staff, and proposing fluid architectural options that advance the team's capabilities.
Infrastructure Strategy: Partner with the infrastructure team to optimize the deployment of AI models and vector databases within Kubernetes environments.
Strategic Communication: Communicate complex AI roadmaps and project statuses clearly to both technical squads and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 12 years of Software Engineering experience, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex, large-scale projects.
Generative AI Mastery: Expert-level experience in building agentic workflows, RAG architectures, and complex orchestration (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI).
Fullstack Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, with mastery of Python and modern enterprise-grade languages.
Data & System Architecture: Expert knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and the programming principles required to scale them.
Deployment & Ops Knowledge: High proficiency in Kubernetes , Docker, and modern CI/CD patterns to ensure AI agents are production-ready.
Engineering Rigor: Expert in version control (GitHub), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and automated testing specifically tailored for AI outputs.
