The Job Support annual business planning activities, ongoing business development programs and performance tracking To gather and analyze business and market information for management to support formulation of sales strategy and conduct business review Responsible for generating and coordinating routine reports, presentation decks and related materials on channel's performances that to be presented to senior management / Group office for timely business decision making Participate in various initiatives/projects to achieve business goals and support the roll out of strategic initiatives to agency force Supporting to handle the request from Risk/Compliance/Internal Audit team on routine reporting and record updating Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned The Person Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, insurance or related disciplines 3 - 5 years' experience in insurance industry and with background in life agency management or audit experience in financial services industry is an advantage Strong communication skills with confidence to liaise with all levels including top management and across different functions Strong problem solving and analytical skills We offer 5-day work, 20-22 days annual leaves, excellent learning & development opportunities and an attractive package to the right candidate.
