Proven experience managing large, complex programmes or project portfolios, ideally within aerospace or a similar engineering environment
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
Demonstrated experience in commercial programme management including budgets, contracts, and pricing
Skilled in programme management tools, methodologies, and governance frameworks
