Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales and ops analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the leadership team
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualization to track key performance metrics and drive business decisions using SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau, or other BI solutions.
- Proactively monitor the quality and integrity of sales and ops data and highlight improvement opportunities.
- Perform deep dive analysis of operating metrics providing business insights to leadership by understanding the situation, developing a hypothesis, analyzing data, and reporting back findings/solutions.
- Effectively communicate analysis results to business leaders for decision-making and prioritization
- Work with business leaders on implementing sales activities as needed with some oversight.
Requirements

- The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 per year.
- Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
