2-year Housekeeping experience at a supervisory level in 5-star hotel.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent professional training.
Skills / Competencies
Responsible, self-motivated and independent.
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, speak Mandarin is preferred.
Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of team members.
Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the subordinate for the cleaning of guest rooms, guest floor corridors, heart of house areas and other service areas in accordance with established company's standards and checklists.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise Senior Room Attendants and Room Attendants to ensure all allocated daily tasks are completed in their section in accordance with established SOPs, guidelines and checklists.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the room according to the company's standards.
Undertake cleaning duties when required.
Supervise turndown service to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with established procedures and practices.
Assist in the supervision of the other sections of the department as required.
Manage team members' productivity within established benchmarks - recognizing excellence and counselling or setting programs for those team members not achieving.
Assist in the management, coaching and development of Senior Room Attendants and Room Attendants to ensure competence, performance and succession objectives are met. This includes conducting performance reviews and counselling on all team members in accordance with Performance Management System of the City of Dreams.
Adhere to all security and maintenance procedures and practices including reporting any unusual or suspicious incidents, hazards or people, complaints and missing or damaged items in a timely and accurate manner.
Communicate with fellow team members and departments to proactively service guests, minimize confusion, and ensure the standards are maintained as well as guest requirements are satisfied.
Maintain the cleanliness of the heart of house areas ensuring they are clean and free of risks including using appropriate cautionary signage to alert guests and fellow team members of potential risks as required.
Check personal grooming of subordinates according to hotel standards.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and / or security issues to the superiors.
Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
