The role is a liaison for building strategic relationships and increasing brand visibility among Federal Employees and Uniformed Service members. Responsibilities include managing Advisory Boards, leading national campaigns for brand and product recognition, and setting the community engagement strategy for active and retired members and their families. Collaborates with Plans to implement community relations strategies and oversee the community relations team's performance.
Drive the strategic direction, management, and execution of the Federal Employee and Uniformed Service engagement, relationship and brand awareness activities for items such as national and community organizations, local outreach efforts and events, and Plan Uniformed Service related
Represents, educates, and presents on behalf of the Federal Employee Program awareness and outreach efforts throughout the Uniformed Service event opportunities, strategically prioritizing events and engagements to drive maximal value to the Plan.
Manage all things related to the associated Advisory Boards and consultants inclusive of procurement, contracts, budget, invoicing, meeting planning /facilitation, annual activity planning, relationship manager and main point of contact.
Develops quantifiable relationship building efforts throughout the Federal Employee and Uniformed Service active duty family and retiree communities.
