The successful candidate will integrate software solutions with Oracle databases, support production environments, and contribute to data quality initiatives. The engineer will work collaboratively in an Agile Scrum environment, supporting deployment automation, documentation, testing, and software delivery effort s. Responsibilit ies- Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using the .NET framew ork- Implement IIS best practices to support scalable and secure web application infrastruct ure- Develop and maintain integrations between .NET applications and Oracle databases, including stored procedures, functions, and trigg ers- Develop and consume RESTful APIs to support application and system integrati ons- Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to data quality initiati ves- Participate in automated deployment processes and assist with deployment scripts and documentation, including Ansi ble- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitLab, Jenkins, and Ne xus- Integrate applications with security and authentication solutions including OKTA, CyberArk, and MFA technolog ies- Ensure compliance with security best practices and standards throughout the development lifecy cle- Collaborate within an Agile Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospecti ves- Assist with technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the t eam Required Qualificat ions- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experi ence- Active Secret Clearance requ ired- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a .NET Software Engineer, Developer, or related role- Strong experience developing web applications using .NET, including ASP.NET, Web API, and modern .NET Core/.NET framew orks- Experience with IIS- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or R eact- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs- Experience integrating applications with Oracle databases, including stored procedures, packages, functions, and trig gers- Experience with database tools such as SQL Developer, SQL Plus, Toad, or SQL Server Management St udio- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, or N exus- Experience with Git-based version control and Agile tools such as Jira- Exposure to deployment automation tools such as Ansible or willingness to l earn- Understanding of secure coding practices and experience working within NIST security guidel ines- Experience integrating with authentication and security platforms such as OKTA or Cybe rArk- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical sk ills- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional Agile t eams Preferred Qualifica tions- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 baseline certific ation- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or related .NET certific ation- Oracle Database or SQL-related certifica tions
