Core Responsibilities: Preventative and Corrective Maintenance: repairs on walls, roofs, doors, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, general carpentry, electrical and playgrounds repairs Grounds and facility upkeep: sweeping, pressure washing. Cleaning dumpster enclosures Operational Support: inventory management, moving furniture, building furniture, installations. Completing reactive work orders in multiple locations Swag/consumables/literature/parts etc. pick up and distribution Help with events set up Labeling safety and building fixtures Required Skills and Qualifications: Driver's license with clean record. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Ability to lift heavy loads (50+ pounds), stand for long periods, walking and climbing ladders. Problem solving skills with minimal oversight. Attention to detail, organizational skills, clear concise communication. Ability to use technology. Ability to prioritize tasks and plan ahead Ability to travel out of state locations Work environment includes inside and outside and on roofs for HVAC work. There is opportunity for advancement.
