We are seeking for an experienced Senior IT Executive to oversee and support Nursing Home's IT systems, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user devices. The role includes handling IT equipment, servers, email administration, vendor coordination, and data protection compliance. The successful candidate will also provide onsite support across two site locations to ensure smooth and consistent IT operations. Job Responsibilities Manage, maintain and provide onsite technical support for company IT devices, company servers, laptops, printers and mobile devices. Provide IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and user issues. Set up and manage email accounts, user access, and IT systems. Maintain and support nursing home's network, internet and Wi-Fi infrastructure. Monitor, improve and manage IT security systems to detect, investigate, and respond to cyber threats, suspicious activities, and security incidents. Liaise with IT vendors and service providers for support, maintenance, and procurement matters. Conduct user awareness initiatives and liaise with external auditors, vendors, and relevant parties on cybersecurity and compliance matters. Act as nursing home's Data Protection Officer(DPO) and ensure compliance with data protection requirements. Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and policies. Travel between two office sites to provide onsite IT support and ensure smooth operations. Perform ad-hoc coordination tasks as required.
