About the role

As a member of our instructional team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in Initial Type Ratings, Conversion Courses, and Refresher Training for the Embraer fleet . You will also help maintain and enhance our training standards and ensure the effectiveness of our courseware and simulators.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ground school and full-flight simulator instruction
• Deliver effective and compliant training in accordance with regulatory and company standards
• Participate in the continuous development and improvement of training programs and materials
• Report any deviations from standards to the Head of Standards
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
• Assist in performing quality checks on training devices

Requirements

• Strong instructional skills with excellent operational and technical knowledge of Embraer aircraft
• ATPL /CPL (or have held one); previous civil instructional experience is highly desirable
• Part -FCL knowledge and instructional proficiency required
• Effective communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and support learners in a professional training environment
• TRI / TRE qualifications are an advantage for relevant applicants
