Ready to Power a Smarter World with us? 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM Quality Technician I: $23.00 + $2.50 shift premium = $25.50/hour Quality Technician II: $25.50 + $2.50 shift premium = $28.00/hour The Quality Technician is responsible for facilitating the parts quality process throughout the organization. In partnership with internal business units, this role ensures the precision and inspection of parts moving into the facility. This role supports Quality Management Systems, drives data collection, reporting and analysis. Partners with leaders in the daily operation of an area with responsibility to improve quality systems, processes, and performance. Responsibilities (All Levels) Lead problem solving for quality issues. Implement resolutions from basic to complex problems. Implement process improvements. Lead team adherence to Quality Control Plans and mistake proofing. Conduct process and product audits. Conduct standardized problem-solving and corrective actions. Support gage/tool calibration and Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R). Participate in MRB review and corrective actions. Adhere to company policies and state/federal regulations.
