Own and manage a portfolio of carrier relationships as the primary operational contact
Lead and deliver mid-sized projects independently; support larger initiatives as needed
Handle escalations, analyze data, and drive resolution on complex issues
Partner with internal teams, carriers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
Support both day-to-day operations and new implementations
Gather requirements, support UAT, and validate system updates and enhancements
Identify and drive process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual work
Ensure accuracy, performance, and SLA alignmen t across deliverables
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members
Provide guidance and support on escalated operational issues
Requirements
Experience managing mid-to-large scale projects
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio)
Experience working with CRM systems and data analysis/querying
Understanding of operational workflows and process dependencies
Experience collaborating with external partners or vendors
2+ years in an analyst or similar role
Experience in a regulated environment
Medicare experience is a plus
