Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of relevant experience.
Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI
Demonstrated experience supporting technical programs, test events, or complex projects, including schedule and resource coordination.
Experience working within MDA Ground Test environments.
Experience with MDA and Other Government Agencies (OGA) demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of overall MDS infrastructure and participants capabilities.
Experience leading integrated system test events.
Familiarity with real-time distributed simulation infrastructures; MDS Element configurations and operations; and DOD Operational Testing (OT) and Development Testing (DT)
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar highly desired but not required.
Understanding of cloud testing principles and the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in modern test and evaluation environments, highly desired but not required.

The M&S Event Mission Manager will support the mission of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Engineering Directorate Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Office to test the Missile Defense System (MDS) in a distributed Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) simulation environment, including MDS Ground Test (GT) events and MDS Flight Test support (pre-mission risk reduction, mission execution team training, and post-flight reconstruction), as well as M&S development and test support to other Department of Defense (DoD) Partners.
As an M&S Event Mission Manager (Mid-Level) your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
Provide strategic planning and project management support for MDS Test Events, Framework M&S, and element M&S risk reduction activities in support of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
Serve as a liaison among M&S software developers, integration, analysis, test, infrastructure teams, MDA elements, MDS participants, and stakeholders to coordinate capabilities, schedules, resources, and requirements.
Review test plans and event schedules to assess supportability, coordinate facilities and personnel, and ensure integration of development timelines and test activities.
Participate in planning meetings, working groups, and technical reviews; communicate status updates, track issues to resolution, and provide risk management recommendations to leadership.
