[2026-2027] Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician (Lead)

Responsibilities

• Provide group, individual, and family therapy for students.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions supporting emotional and academic stability.
• Engage families through programming and parent support groups.
• Coordinate care and referrals to appropriate services as needed.
• Collaborate with school and ESS teams to support student success.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges.
• Licensed in social work (LMHC or LICSW) in the state of service
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience working in or with school settings preferred.

In response to the growing mental health needs of young people, ESS has expanded its offerings to include a full continuum of clinical programming, professional development, and consultative services for districts. The salary for this position starts a $70,000. We are looking for: a passionate, mission-aligned clinician to provide clinical services to a small group of students with significant behavioral and emotional needs within Public Schools.
