Position Responsibilities: Effectively manage incoming driver requests and provide timely assistance with driver inquiries. Open and manage daily repair orders while coordinating directly with technicians to facilitate repairs as needed; basic mechanical knowledge is preferred. Maintain working knowledge of Transman systems; experience with VRMS coding is a plus. Demonstrate a courteous, professional, and positive attitude with strong communication skills, as effective communication is essential. Successfully multitask and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced shop environment. Utilize computer systems proficiently and maintain accurate typing and data entry skills. Complete required documentation and reporting in a timely manner, including DOT inspection reports and violation documentation. Consistently meet commitments, deadlines, and performance expectations.
