- Provide technical leadership during discovery workshops, design sessions, cutover events, and post-migration stabilization efforts.
- Support implementation of security-related controls affecting Exchange and identity, including modern authentication, MFA dependencies, conditional access impacts, and legacy protocol remediation.
- Participate in change planning, risk identification, issue management, and root cause analysis for messaging and identity services.

- 6-10+ years of experience engineering and administering Microsoft messaging and identity environments.
- Deep hands-on experience with Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid in enterprise environments.
