About the role

Operate and monitor specialized capacitor manufacturing equipment, including film cutting, winding, metallization, sealing, and testing units.Strong basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical tools and machinery. * Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings, schematics, and SOPs. * Excellent problem-solving skills for rapid issue resolution. * Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required by plant operations.
