Sea Freight Forwarder Export/Import

Responsibilities

• Own the daily planning, organization, and execution of sea freight import and export operations
• Manage shipments end to end, including file creation, tracking, documentation, and invoicing
• Serve as the key contact between customers, carriers, internal teams, and international partners to keep shipments sailing smoothly
• Prepare and submit all necessary customs and shipping documents
• Develop accurate transport offers and quotations tailored to client needs
• Monitor shipments closely and provide timely updates to clients
• Drive customer satisfaction by proactively resolving issues and optimizing processes
• Identify opportunities to boost efficiency and reduce costs
• Your background should be;
• Minimum 2 years 'hands-on' experience in sea freight forwarding
• Deep knowledge of shipping terms, Incoterms, customs procedures, and export documentation
• Fluent in Greek and English with strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Detail oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering quality service
• Skilled at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude
