Responsibilities
- In this role you will:
- Assist in maintaining and supporting CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and CloudBees CD/RO
- Monitor and troubleshoot applications running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems
- Help debug build and deployment failures by analyzing logs and pipeline outputs
- Support application deployments across development and test environments
- Write and maintain basic automation scripts (Bash or Python)
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve release processes
- Follow best practices for version control using Git
- Document processes, runbooks, and troubleshooting steps

- We are seeking professionals with:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a DevOps environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to follow documented processes and ask questions when needed
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in cloud platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or GCP in areas such as compute, storage, networking, IAM and secret management with Infrastructure as Code as a plus
- Knowledge and experience of Cloudbees. Understanding release and environments, trigger, monitor and debug deployments, work with existing pipelines, understand parameters, workflows and jobs
