Performs healthcare maintenance of building and grounds equipment, finishes, systems and structures through scheduled rounds and responding to work order and requests. Acts as a mentor to employees and as a resource on more complex and technical maintenance issues.

Additional Job Information:
Complexity of Work: This role requires extensive knowledge of code requirements, power tools and appropriate building materials.
Required Work Experience: Three (3) years of maintenance experience.
