Experience for this position includes: Leading complex IT system projects and serving as a technical authority in planning, designing, developing, or integrating enterprise information systems. It involves conducting high-level analyses to define system requirements, evaluate solutions, and develop functional and technical specifications, such as architecture documentation. Providing expert guidance to stakeholders and resolving complex system issues-for example, integrating multiple technologies or assessing the performance of vendor-developed or employee developed software. Demonstrating advanced competencies in areas such as systems integration, project leadership, technical problem-solving, and IT solution development. Technical Competencies: In addition to the above specialized experience, your resume must demonstrate one year of Information Technology (IT) related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined: Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
