You will be at the centre of our expansion: identifying, attracting, and securing top talent who will directly contribute to the success of our brands across Financial Services, Life Sciences, Energy, Technology, Supply Chain, and Legal. This is not a traditional internal recruiter role, it's a high-impact, high-visibility position where you'll partner closely with leadership and influence hiring decisions that shape the trajectory of the business. Own and drive the full candidate lifecycle from attraction through to offer and onboarding Proactively identify and engage top talent globally using multiple sourcing channels Act as a strategic partner to the business understanding hiring needs and advising on market trends Build strong relationships with candidates, positioning Phaidon as an employer of choice Manage and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience Continuously develop talent pipelines to support aggressive growth plans across APAC
