Additionally, the role partners closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to align inventory planning processes with business objectives while maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory control requirements, requiring the ability to balance strategic program development with day-to-day operational leadership and employee supervision.
