Requirements

• Current Junior graduating with a bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech/BCA), with an expected graduation date of May/June 2026.
• Strong understanding of .NET framework (VB.NET or C# preferred).
• 70% in 10th & 12th, CGPA 7.5 and above required with no backlog's mandatory.
• Good knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, functions, stored procedures) .
• Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts (inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, abstraction).
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

What You Will Do and Learn We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns with a background in .NET development (VB.NET or C#) and SQL to join our team. During your 6 months with Spaulding Ridge, you will be given the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience. You'll work with some of the worlds most coveted companies, including Fortune 1000 along with disruptive technology hyper-growth companies. This internship is a great opportunity to apply academic knowledge in real-world projects, strengthen your programming skills, and gain hands-on experience with enterprise applications. A typical day could include: Technical training on OneStream technology platforms Attend the client meetings Professional training and development on project/engagement delivery, client communication, and project collaboration An opportunity to network with Spaulding Ridge leadership Execution of core consulting skills Upon completion of your internship, you should expect to demonstrate: Clear understanding of client business needs, goals and objectives. Ability to build mock Proof of Concepts within our cloud-based technology solutions for potential clients Ability to engage with customers, drive the deliverables Ideal candidates should demonstrate the following: Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines. Strong data management and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining good relationship both internally and externally Intellectual curiosity Excellent verbal/writing skills for complex communications with clients and teammates Proven leadership or initiative at school, work and/or community
