The ESG Reporting team is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring policies, processes and controls to ensure ESG disclosures meet a "Sox-like" level of control. The team partners with our ESG business to bring compliance and clarity to a broad, emerging field.
Responsibilities
Document and enhance business processes by partnering with teams to elevate documentation to best-in-class standards.
Oversee, assess, and design internal controls, ensuring quality and completeness while identifying opportunities for new controls.
Lead process improvements, focusing on automation, reporting speed, and global governance implementation.
Develop and deliver training tools and courses for global business partners, sharing expertise across teams.
Build strategic relationships with markets and industry peers to drive change and maintain operational excellence.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in identifying, designing, and testing internal controls within financial or operational processes.
Working knowledge of ESG standards and frameworks, or a proven ability to rapidly acquire such knowledge.
Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional, multi-national projects with high attention to detail.
Experience driving accountability in project teams and delivering results at scale.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
