Required Qualifications
High school or GED
3 - 5 years relevant experience required
Active Series 6
1-3 years direct sales experience, preferably by phone.
Hold Life Insurance licenses or ability to obtain them within 90 days.
Demonstrated customer service ability.
Excellent time management skills.

Work with clients both inside and outside of the distribution channels to educate them on the implications of surrendering or transferring a RiverSource contract to ensure the client is fully educated on their current product, including surrender fees and product benefits, features, and considerations may be unique to their current RiverSource contract.
