About the role
This position will be responsible for correcting documents NTC sent for recordation that were rejected, orders that are rejected by the client prior to recording, and recorded documents requiring corrected documents to be re-submitted for recording. The product for this area is a corrected document that is recordable at the county and/or a corrected document that meets the client's request. Essential Functions Read and reviews county rejection letters, notes, and reject images to determine rejection reason. Utilize resources of county requirements, client notes, NTC policies/procedures to cure rejection reason & correct document. Obtain knowledge of NTC services & documents to assess what is incorrect about a Document/Order. Determine the appropriate area of the company that caused the document rejection (i.e. client vs NTC error) and the reason for rejection to ensure future rejections are diminished. Correct Documents/Orders by entering data into the company database with correct information, once verified, and re-submit the Order/Document for processing on the production line. Communicate with other departments of NTC as well as the client through queries when necessary to ensure rejections are re-processed through the correct production lines as applicable. Follow all NTC Policies regarding Reject handling to ensure additional rejections do not occur in coordination with the appropriate department. Communicate rejection issue with client in terms the client will understand and does not use NTC Terminology. This position will have KPI metrics based on the number of tasks completed as well as the ability to maintain an acceptable error rate. Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to prioritize multiple objectives to meet client deadlines and department goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Commitment and ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment. Education High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Compensation: Starting: $15.50 - $17.00

- Working Conditions
- Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

- The amount of work that needs to be accomplished to service the needs of NTC clients is subject to fluctuations. Due to these fluctuations, NTC may require its employees to move from an area where work is slower to an area where their services are more needed by NTC.
