Software : proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino . Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator & Sketch Up is a plus

Location: This is an in-person role based in Los Angeles. Candidates must be available to work on-site, with occasional weekend hours required depending on business needs and event schedules.

Summary of Position:
Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production. Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies, and other vendors to meet overall project objective. Produce shop drawings and illustrative diagrams as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with the project management team to convert project briefs into designs
Modify existing client designs to be practical and functional
Create build drawings
Create CNC Files
Work with third party engineering firms to obtain engineering wet stamps
Work with building and safety to obtain necessary permits
Perform site surveys
Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, schedules and other construction documents
