Serve as a trusted advisor to members of the executive and senior leadership teams, influencing decisions in both individual and group forums. Build and maintain a sustainable network of senior client relationships across the firm. Provide thought leadership and deep expertise across consulting domains including operating model, technology, data, regulatory, and strategy. Structure and manage highly complex programs, while also overseeing delivery by Senior Principal Consultants. Anticipate and address challenges in executive forums with confidence and credibility. Drive the evolution of the Internal Consulting practice by leading strategic initiatives and gaining leadership buy-in. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the team. Actively coach, mentor, and develop team members, with a track record of helping others achieve their potential. Requirement for the Role: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline 10+ years of experience in management consulting or internal transformation roles, ideally in financial services (asset management preferred). Proven ability to lead and scale consulting teams in a global, matrixed environment.
